Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing is correct; however, if a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or refuse an order and will contact you. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where there is a suspected fraud, a stock issue, or an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
